Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and company policies.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining open communication, providing feedback, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Primary Care Medical Office setting or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
