Job Description

RingCentral is seeking a Premier Systems Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge of all RingCentral applications and products.

Key responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical and sales support for accounts in assigned segments, assisting with hardware and software lab testing, and performing Proof of Concept (POC) onboarding support for SMB opportunities. You will also be responsible for continued education on the platform and underlying technologies, as well as presenting ongoing product training for small business sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud communications technologies, including voice, video, and mobility solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide technical leadership to the account team.
