Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Navigator to join our Seneca Office team. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible individuals and families in government-sponsored insurance programs.

Your success will depend on your ability to work collaboratively with staff, member clinics, and community-based organizations to meet projected enrollment goals. With a strong background in benefits administration and excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively network and self-generate leads within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach and enrollment services for eligible populations.
  • Coordination of outreach and enrollment efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-generated lead generation and networking within the community.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate's degree in a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Health Care Navigator or equivalent experience in benefits administration and the healthcare industry.
  • NYS Department of Health training program completion and certification.
