Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Reach Medical Holdings. As a key member of our air medical transport service, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Transportation: Work with a team of medical experts to transport patients to and from medical facilities, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
  • Aircraft Readiness: Ensure the aircraft is ready for flight dispatches, adhering to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company requirements.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, and other relevant information.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Certifications and Training: Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing ground and air training to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate: Hold a current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
  • Instrument Rating: Possess a Helicopter instrument rating.
  • Medical Certificate: Hold a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • Flight Experience: Have a minimum of 2,000 hours of helicopter flight experience, including 1,000 hours of helicopter Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience and 1,000 hours of turbine experience.
  • Night Flight Experience: Have a minimum of 200 hours of helicopter night flight experience, aided and/or unaided.
  • Duty Weight: Weigh no more than 230 pounds, including flight suit and boots.
