">Job Description
">The Contracts Manager will oversee Contracts Management for the Interconnects business units, managing contracts from negotiation through order entry.
">- Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts covering various transactions.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers as the single point of contact for contract matters.
- Maintain records of correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and those in progress.
- Communicate and present information on all contract-related matters to stakeholders.
- Monitor contracts for close-out, extension or renewal, making recommendations.
- Solve any contract-related issues with internal and external parties.
- Manage long-term and short-term goals by aligning them with stakeholders' projects into roadmaps.
- Own project delivery across departments, working with other departments and vendors to plan and manage execution of committed targets.
- Assist in design support, resource coordination, and technology delivery.
- Monitor and manage scope, time and resource needs to achieve customer delivery targets.
- Obtain, maintain, and manage complete contractual reports.
- Create and present financial monthly decks.
- Support audit process and participate as required.
- Interact with functional peer groups regarding exchange or presentation of information.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing contracts preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related field is required.
- Master's Degree a plus.
- Experience with government contracts (FAR, DFAR, TINA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain analytical findings clearly and succinctly to a wide range of audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills strongly needed.
