As a Brand Ambassador Manager at Janie and Jack, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. You will work closely with our design, merchants, web, and email teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and photography, to showcase our brand's story and aesthetic.
  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) library for email and social content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a corporate brand or agency.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
