About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide. In this role, you will assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring that quality food service is provided to our residents and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in meal preparation and service
  • Prepare and deliver food and trays
  • Wash dishes and clean and sanitize the kitchen
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with residents, staff, and facility guests
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Specialized training in food service desirable
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
