Cortland Dental and Braces, a leading provider of quality dental care, is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our mission-driven organization believes in creating happy, healthy smiles through providing excellent dental care in a compassionate environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly uncapped production bonus for hygienists. The salary range for this position is $55-$62 per hour, negotiable depending on experience, with an additional $3-$5 per hour production pay. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time positions is also available.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
  • Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
  • Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history.
  • Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. Experience is great, but not always required. Speaking another language may also be beneficial.
