Core Faculty members in Family Medicine dedicate a significant portion (at least 60%) of their professional time to the residency program, focusing on education, administrative duties, scholarly work, and patient care within the residency framework. The position emphasizes outpatient primary care medicine, including responsibilities in continuity clinic and rotation precepting.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Medicine
- Experience in a faculty or program director role is preferred
- Must possess or be eligible for an Indiana medical license
Compensation Package:
- $60,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Guaranteed base salary
