- Shift: 12-hour rotations
Position Title: Med-Surg Float Pool RN
Incentives- Sign-On Bonus:
- $20,000 for Night Shifts Only
- $10,000 for Day Shifts Only
Day Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 AM - 7 PM
Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 PM - 7 AM
As a Med-Surg Float RN, you will:
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
- Conduct nursing assessments and make informed diagnoses to facilitate patient care.
- Implement care plans with a focus on continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med-Surg.
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or be eligible for licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
