About the Role
Ad-vance Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Pool Cleaner to join our team, providing top-notch service to residential pools in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining pools, ensuring their cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine pool maintenance tasks, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
  • Servicing and repairing pool equipment, such as water filters, pumps, and water systems.
  • Managing chemical levels by mixing chemicals and testing water to maintain the correct balance of chlorine and pH.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to concerns, and answering questions professionally and courteously.

What We Offer
Salary: $21/hour and up (depending on experience)
Location: Sarasota/Bradenton, FL

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is required.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Valid Florida driver's license with 4 points or less.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while on the job.
