Job Overview
As a Certified Nurse Aide at Regency Integrated Health Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing routine daily assistance in accordance with individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing.
2. Monitor and document vital signs as directed by the Charge Nurse.
3. Report any changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse promptly.
4. Ensure a safe environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
5. Contribute to the development of care plans by sharing insights about residents' needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, you will be required to:
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Lift and transfer residents safely.
- Stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks throughout your shift.
