Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize formulations to meet customer needs and test chemistries against specifications.
- Write and perform test protocols based on customer end usage.
- Develop specialty coatings and manage multiple projects from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to analyze technical opportunities and recommend feasibility.
- Host visiting customers and vendors, and provide support as requested.
- Qualify and specify vendors, and source alternate materials.
