Bellman

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Bellman to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

• Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests
• Move about the space and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
