Job Overview

The 3rd Shift Production Operators role at Pella involves working as part of a team to perform multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Moving between different production lines and performing various tasks as assigned by management.
  • Learns and performs repetitive job tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Safely operates equipment and tools while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Complies with safety, quality, and production requirements.
  • Rotates through three or more different responsibilities and/or positions within the production team.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass pre-employment tests and pre-work ability screens.
  • Able to lift up to 80-100 pounds.
