Responsibilities:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent lifestyles.
- Identify and respond to resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans as needed.
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services, highlighting community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs.
- Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services are provided to residents, coordinating care with other disciplines as necessary.
- Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
- Willingness to be available for emergencies and provide flexible scheduling.
