What You'll Do

You will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities may include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN AN INTIMATE OUTPATIENT SETTING
  • WORKING AS A TEAM MEMBER TO SUPPORT AND RELY ON EACH OTHER IN A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT
  • DELIVERING CARE TO PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE COMORBIDITIES, REQUIRING UNIQUE TREATMENT PLANS AND THE ABILITY TO LEVERAGE A BROAD RANGE OF NURSING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • OVERSIGHT OF GROUPS OF PATIENTS WITH THE SUPPORT OF PCTs TO CONDUCT PATIENT OBSERVATIONS, MEASURING STATS AND MACHINE SETUP
  • WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT THAT DEMANDS YOUR FULL ATTENTION AND EFFORT

Your Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, and experience in intensive care units, critical care units, emergency rooms, or medical surgical units is highly valued. We also welcome Certified Nephrology Nurses (CNN) and Certified Dialysis Nurses (CDN).

This role offers a competitive salary of $ $64,500-$101,600/year, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
