Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Care Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Premier Orthopaedics. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, focusing on orthopedic injuries and conditions. Key responsibilities include assessing patient condition, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating patients and families on optimal care and therapy use.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient condition and establish goals, treatments, and care plans in conjunction with the physician, patient/family
- Ensure that appropriate treatment is performed in an interdisciplinary fashion, consulting with physicians about the impact of physical therapy factors on the patient's health status
- Document findings, treatments, and other patient information for the medical record
- Educate patient/family on appropriate care and use of various therapies/exercises
- Serve as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides
- Provide ongoing education to the Physical Therapy staff

- Experience in an outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy clinic preferred
- Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
