About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing dialysis treatment to patients in a hospital setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dialysis treatment to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
