Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Senior Construction Manager
  • Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.
