Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
- Maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Presentation of project status reports to senior management is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Senior Construction Manager
- Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.
