Job Summary

This role involves working as part of the Pharmacy and Front Store Team to provide a positive shopping experience for customers and ensure customer satisfaction by serving each customer according to our company values.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, which is competitive based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, and assist with their questions and concerns.
  • Process prescriptions, including translation of SIG codes, product selection, counting and measuring drugs, capping and uncapping vials and bottles, labeling of prescriptions, and resolving Third Party rejections.
  • Perform all register transactions, including cash, check, and charge transactions, bag merchandise upon completion of sale, and process photofinishing orders.
  • Maintain inventory levels, retrieve and file prescriptions appropriately according to State and Federal Law, and participate in all required store operational meetings.
  • Support scheduling activities according to the needs of the business and workflow model, complete all required training programs, and communicate with field management and corporate any required reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Licensure requirements vary by state.
  • Must have the ability to perform the following tasks: Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Management, and Human Resources.
