Job SummaryWe offer a competitive salary of $14.00 per hour for this rewarding role. As a Caregiver Advocate, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary goal will be to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Help individuals with meal planning and preparation
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy skills
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and reliability
- A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle
