Restaurant Server Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team at TPG Hotels & Resorts. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Dining Areas: Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean and organized.
  • Deliver Food and Beverages: Timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning spills and breakage immediately.
  • Table Maintenance: Remove dirty dishes, glasses, silverware, and trash from occupied tables and clear empty tables of linens, dishes, and debris.
  • Service Items: Clean and restock service items, including linens and other items.
  • Guest Communication: Maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests and associates.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents of guest dissatisfaction to management to ensure prompt resolution.
