Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to adults, adolescents, and children with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record system.
  • Link clients with community resources and support services to promote stability and recovery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting, with clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
