**Job Summary:**

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in maintaining the upkeep and repair of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

**Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the physical condition of apartments, buildings, and grounds by performing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems, as well as HVAC systems.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garden/yard upkeep.
  • Conduct unit turnovers, ensuring that vacant apartments are properly inspected and repaired.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and be medically fit for duty.
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).

**Salary:** $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience.
