Therapy Program Director

About Us: Caldera Care is a skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Therapy Program Director to lead our rehabilitation department.
Salary: $47-$57 per hour depending on experience, with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with patients, families, and support departments to plan for patient needs.
- Direct the three rehab departments of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to ensure high-quality rehab services.
- Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Requirements:
- An active license in physical, occupational, or speech therapy, with two years' supervisory experience in post-acute care or related settings.
- CPR certification upon hire, with maintenance throughout employment.
- Possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
