Job Title: Special Procedures Technologist

Sharp Nursing Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join their team in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Procedures Technologist to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including C-arms and IVUS systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of recent experience in Special Procedures or a related field.
  • Previous travel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
