Position Overview

Are you a compassionate individual who finds joy in enhancing the lives of seniors? C&S Executive Concierge, LLC is looking for a dedicated companion to provide support and companionship to an elderly couple in our community. If you have a sincere passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections, this role may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with light household duties, including meal preparation and running errands.
  • Ensure cleanliness by washing the client's dishes and utensils.
  • Maintain a tidy environment by dusting and vacuuming areas frequented by the client.
  • Keep the kitchen and bathroom sanitized through regular cleaning and mopping.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly at the end of each shift.
  • Support toileting activities and personal grooming.
  • Engage in enjoyable activities with the client.
  • Provide emotional support through meaningful conversations.
  • Accompany the client on outings, walks, or to medical appointments as necessary.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as note-taking, making copies, and managing communications.
  • Be attentive to the client's needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Perform fingerstick and glucometer readings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding for the elderly population.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience and adaptability to handle various challenges.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the couple's preferences and schedule.
  • Physical capability to assist with light tasks and mobility support.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a clear background check.
  • Prior experience as a companion or caregiver is preferred.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and provision of references.
