We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to manufacturing, including operating equipment and tools to assemble and weld parts according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all standard work procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Meet production requirements and complete all production sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and report any abnormal conditions or issues that may impact production or safety.
  • Participate in quality control checks and ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • 3 months of production experience
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Experience with precision measuring equipment
  • Ability to work a fixed or rotating shift schedule, including daily or weekend overtime
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
