Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement the clinical education program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver educational/training sessions for staff, focusing on competency assessments and best practice protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Provide care for a designated group of patients, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments.
- Supervise and mentor assigned staff, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Minimum experience: Two years of previous healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current licensure in the State of Georgia in the applicable field of study.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- Experience with research and analysis of data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate data and make independent decisions.
