Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Work Environment: Primary Care Clinic, Family Practice
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
Patient Demographics: Diverse age groups, focusing on underserved populations
Key Responsibilities- The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the application of nursing practices and the provision of high-quality patient care under the guidance of supervisory nursing staff.
- Support patient assessments and implement nursing interventions, ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and behavior.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, medical personnel, and administrative leadership to meet clinical and program objectives.
- Deliver clinical care with demonstrated proficiency in specialty areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and execution of efficient systems and protocols aimed at standardizing patient care processes.
- May serve in various nursing roles, including Triage Nurse, Primary Care Nurse, or Charge Nurse, depending on clinic needs.
- Ensure that nursing care plans align with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and possession of a current Registered Nurse License from the California State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
- Experience in an outpatient care setting, such as a clinic or urgent care, is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is mandatory.
