Senior Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team at the Caswell Developmental Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior treatment and training programs for individuals with significant intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and functional assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain knowledge of and adherence to applicable policies and regulations
• Prepare data analysis and monitoring reports to inform program development and improvement
• Conduct staff training and education on behavioral interventions and support strategies
• Engage in direct client contacts and therapy to promote positive behavioral change

• Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina under the provisions of the NC Psychology Practice Act
• Two years of professional psychological experience, with one year of postdoctoral experience
• Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and support strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
