Unit Overview:
The Critical Care Float Pool RN role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and seek to broaden their clinical expertise. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work across four different units, collaborating with dedicated teams committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
You will rotate among our Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Stepdown Floor.
Position Details:
Hours: 36 hours per week, Night shifts, Every Third Weekend
7 PM - 7 AM
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in critical care.
- Required: Minimum of 18 months working as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing.
- Associate's Degree required; BSN strongly preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and Telemetry experience required; PALS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
