Our organization is a prominent Energy Services Provider dedicated to minimizing energy and water usage through innovative building enhancements and ongoing energy management solutions.

We specialize in Guaranteed Energy Savings projects, delivering a comprehensive service model supported by performance-based agreements. Our approach encompasses the entire upgrade process, offering various funding alternatives to our clients.

We provide advanced Building Automation Systems for both new constructions and retrofits, alongside support services that include maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and utility bill management.

Our unique Services Agreement allows clients to achieve cost savings through reduced energy consumption, with the company financing necessary upgrades upfront, eliminating the need for client capital or debt.

This results in significant savings and extensive building improvements without any financial burden on the client.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify energy and water conservation opportunities (40%)
2. Develop detailed proposals outlining engineering solutions (10%)
3. Establish scope and pricing for selected energy conservation measures (15%)
4. Oversee the commissioning of all implemented solutions (15%)
5. Analyze data to confirm predicted savings in accordance with IPMVP standards, ensuring accountability for guaranteed energy savings (15%)
6. Engage in continuous professional development (5%)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of building services, including mechanical, HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and electrical systems
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in advanced computer applications
- Understanding of project management principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse client portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering productive working relationships
- Proven track record in sourcing and implementing cutting-edge energy efficiency technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or energy systems engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Technical expertise in energy upgrade projects and performance contracts is advantageous
- Relevant industry certifications (CEM, CEA, CMVP, LEED AP, etc.) are a plus
- Demonstrated experience conducting energy audits per ASHRAE standards (Level 2 & 3 and Investment Grade Audits)
- Advanced understanding of energy modeling and compliance with best practices and codes (ASHRAE, IESNA, NEC, etc.)
- Proven experience in managing projects from proposal through to completion
- Technical proficiency in energy efficiency technologies
