About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at the Civilian Corps. As a Primary Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient medical care to a diverse range of patients, including children and adults. Your expertise in family medicine will be invaluable in managing complex and interdependent conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct primary outpatient care, including gynecologic, prenatal, pediatric, and geriatric care
  • Perform ambulatory surgical procedures, such as casting, suturing, and excisional biopsies
  • Order and interpret diagnostic and testing procedures, including laboratory and radiological examinations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
