Job Details

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, programming and calibrating equipment, and collaborating with our R&D Manufacturing team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are in good working order and calibrated correctly.
  • Program CNC machines using G&M programming to create detailed and precise parts.
  • Use Mastercam software to design and produce machine parts and tools.
  • Collaborate with the R&D Manufacturing team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Continually improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Mastercam, CNC, R&D Manufacturing, and G&M programming.
  • A strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions.
  • High attention to detail and precision, ensuring the production of high-quality parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Relevant certification or training in CNC machining will be a plus.
