Renovations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Renovations Technician to join our team at Apartment Management Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replace appliances, lighting fixtures, and faucets to ensure a safe and functional living environment.
- Perform drywall, painting, and carpentry tasks, as well as electrical and plumbing work, to maintain the integrity of our properties.
- Conduct demolition work, including removing old materials, to prepare for renovations.
- Maintain equipment in proper condition, working with our supervisor to identify and report any problems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing and electrical work.
- Proven experience in carpentry.
- Knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance and renovations practices.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to meet firm deadlines.
- Ability to comply with all company safety processes and procedures.
