Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at SimVentions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of systems engineering and supporting test activities in a lab environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in requirements management, architecture development, and capabilities assessments. You will also be responsible for preparing engineering artifacts, updating interface documentation, and working with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead candidate change package development to incorporate stakeholder inputs and facilitate software and hardware system changes
  • Utilize software applications such as MagicDraw/Cameo, DOORS, MS Office, and others to develop and review architectures, requirements, white papers, test procedures, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems engineering activities

Requirements:

  • United States Citizenship
  • Primary needs are being analytical and being mission focused
  • Must either have a STEM degree or 10 years of relevant experience and an additional 5 years of experience, preferably with Tomahawk or other similar Navy weapons systems

Preferred Skills:

  • TTWCS experience
  • Navy experience
  • DoD Acquisition Engineering experience
