About the Job:

• Location: Tustin, California
• Dates: Variable, typically 12-20 weeks
• Shifts: 8 hours, days
• Hours per week: 40

Job Description: As a home health physical therapist, you will provide high-quality PT services to patients, helping them regain their strength, mobility, and function. You will assess patients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and educate patients on self-care techniques.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recent experience in a home health setting
• Degree in a relevant field (PT)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current state/compact license
