Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests and accommodate their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in good communication with guests regarding menu options and special requests.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist other servers during peak periods and provide support as needed.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception style meal services to meet RCGR standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Setup, execution, and clean-up for events.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
