Full-Time On-Call Hospice RN (7 on/7 off, Monday 5 PM - Monday 8 AM)
- Coordinate patient care effectively,
- Conduct ongoing assessments of each patient and their family's needs,
- Implement the interdisciplinary care plan,
- Deliver services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC),
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in care delivery.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Current licensure in the state of practice is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN) is essential.
- Basic technology skills, including mobile device operation, are necessary.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.
Requirements
- A valid state driver’s license is required.
- Automobile liability insurance must be maintained as per legal requirements.
- Dependable transportation in good working order is necessary.
- Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions is essential.
- CPR certification for healthcare providers is required.
