We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Smashburger. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing excellent customer service.

• Menu Preparation: Prepare Gold Standard menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including floors, equipment, and counters.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience.
• Menu Expertise: Be a menu expert and follow Smashburger's prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.

• Experience: Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
