Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults with psychiatric disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN
- Experience in health care preferred but not required
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+
