- Design personalized physical therapy regimens for each patient, incorporating exercises, therapeutic modalities, and relevant procedures.
- Guide and oversee patients in various exercise modalities, including active, assisted, and passive techniques, utilizing appropriate equipment as necessary.
- Instruct patients on therapeutic procedures for continued practice at home.
- Coordinate therapy activities with interdisciplinary team members to meet established rehabilitation goals.
- Provide educational support to nursing and medical staff regarding rehabilitation practices and guidelines.
- Implement safe patient handling techniques during transfers and positioning.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license upon hire.
- Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Frequent standing and walking are required.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to occupational hazards and bloodborne pathogens may occur.
