We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Securities Group in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with discovery. Your expertise in civil litigation and securities laws will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Assist with discovery, including document review and deposition preparation
  • Appear in FINRA arbitration or court proceedings as needed
Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in securities law
  • Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions
  • Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
