Key Responsibilities:- Address ad-hoc data inquiries from campus partners, focusing on co-curricular data support.
- Collaborate with campus units, particularly co-curricular offices, to establish data collection protocols and integrate diverse data sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability for advanced statistical modeling and qualitative assessments.
- Execute advanced quantitative analyses by preparing, cleaning, and merging complex data sets from various institutional systems.
- Manage data files to facilitate timely responses to external data requests, including national data collection efforts and surveys.
- Assist in developing data visualizations by providing data sets and feedback to visualization specialists.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in statistical analysis and research design.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, or Stata).
- Experience with relational databases for data extraction and merging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Terminal degree in a related discipline.
- Professional experience in institutional research or effectiveness.
- Experience with SAS programming.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
