Job Overview

At Payload Group LLC, we are seeking a skilled Packaging and Assembly Team Member to join our production team. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly: Operate machinery and equipment necessary for the packaging process, package components according to specifications, and follow processes to accurately and efficiently assemble, box, package and complete production of products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or issues, make necessary adjustments, and follow quality control standards to maintain product integrity and consistency.
  • Machine Operations: Be able to operate and troubleshoot automated production and/or packaging equipment, perform basic/core equipment maintenance.
  • Packaging and Labeling: Properly package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labeled, and maintain accurate records of product quantities and packaging materials used.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries, comply with company policies and procedures at all times, and be an advocate for Compliance and Notify supervisors of any potential Safety or Compliance concerns promptly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets, deadlines, maintenance, quality and safety requirements, and assist in training new employees as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, positive, team-oriented setting, strong attention to detail and quality, good communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes, commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, mechanical aptitude.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
