- You will maintain open communication with the Assistant Director, ensuring that you are well-supported and guided in your role.">
- You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care and support.">
- You will uphold the values and standards of Access Services, representing our organization with professionalism and integrity.">
- You will develop strong working relationships with external agencies, ensuring seamless coordination of services.">
- You will report any operational or staff concerns in accordance with our established policies and procedures.">
- You will provide accurate and timely updates to the Assistant Director, ensuring that they are informed about individual progress.">
- You will maintain detailed records and documentation as required by the supervisor/mentor in Evolv.">
- You will attend relevant meetings and contribute to the development of support activities.">
Your Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential.">
- Certification: Certification from a County CPS program is highly desirable.">
- Experience: One year of direct care experience or experience working with individuals with mental health disorders is required.">
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance are mandatory.">
- Driving History: Two years of driving experience with no driver's license suspensions in the last 48 months.">
