College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is seeking a highly motivated Mover/Driver Team Lead to join our team in Sarasota, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team operates efficiently to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a clean and well-stocked truck, ensuring that all necessary supplies and safety equipment are on hand.
  • Lead and motivate a team of movers to provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  • A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • The ability to pass a federal background check and random drug screen.
