  • Expand knowledge and provide support for field Project Management, Business Development, and Estimating Teams and other areas of operations as assigned.
  • Actively participate in and learn the following: Contract management, claims management, and dispute resolution; materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction or repair of commercial, public, industrial, or other related structures; business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources remodeling, leadership techniques.
Key Skills:
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills required.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Light PowerPoint. Plan-reading proficiency.
  • Able to pass respirator fit test and wear a respirator on specified jobsites.
